2. Formation of Contract

2.1 By placing an order on the Site, you make an offer to purchase a Product.
2.2 We will acknowledge your order via email, but the contract is only formed when you receive a Dispatch Confirmation from us.
2.3 Each Dispatch Confirmation forms a separate contract for the relevant Products.
2.4 We reserve the right not to accept or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

3. Delivery

3.1 Products will be delivered according to the option selected at checkout.
3.2 Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 7–10 business days

  • European Union & UK: 7–10 business days

3.3 Delivery is made to the address provided by you. We cannot split a single order across multiple addresses.
3.4 Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

4. Risk and Ownership

4.1 Products become your responsibility upon delivery.
4.2 Ownership passes once full payment has been received and delivery is completed.

5. Price and Payment

5.1 Prices are listed in local currency (USD, GBP, or EUR) and include all applicable taxes and duties, unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of order using accepted payment methods (credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other options displayed at checkout).
5.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by payment authorisation failures.

6. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

6.1 Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period):

  • European Union & United Kingdom: You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Products, without giving a reason.

  • United States: A 7-day return period applies in states where “cooling-off” rights are legally required.

6.2 To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us in writing at support@prorevita-hair.com within the applicable timeframe.

6.3 Products must be returned unused, sealed, and in original packaging, unless faulty or damaged upon delivery.
6.4 Exceptions: We cannot accept returns of opened hygiene-related products, supplements, or items personalised for you, unless defective.
6.5 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned Products (or of proof of return). Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
6.6 If Products arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a free replacement or full refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
